Our principal practice is the provision of sustainable space planning, interior design and project management services on behalf of a small portfolio of progressive global corporate accounts in the Asia Pacific region.
Our strength is in execution, project and construction management, coupled with strong architectural resources. We have many specialisations, such as building best-in-class contact centres, R&D and BPO facilities. DNA also provide advisory services through publications, active research and consulting assignments.
Moreover, while we hunt for cost savings, our approach is never purely cost driven, whereby the emphasis is on what we save or spend. What we do?
Broadly DNA offers three streams of services:
Project Execution
- Project Management: managing the space creation including planning, design, procurement, logistics, administration, consultants, expenditure and construction.
- Construction Management: role of principal contractor, supervising the building activities including technical and administrative, taking the contingency liability and pledging a Maximum Guaranteed Price undertaking.
Architectural
- Space Planning: programming space at the strategic platform across multiple facilities or defining spatial functionalities for specific space requirements.
- Interior Design: conceptualising, developing design solutions and construction documentation.
- Architecture: only in India, we provide general "ground-up" building architectural services for commercial complex or hybrid with retail usage.

- Value added consulting proposition, to equip Clients with relevant, accurate and timely information via consulting assignments and publications.
